  • No. There will be assigned workbook or worksheet activities as you move through the program but they are specifically designed to guide you through your transformation, supported by 1:1 coaching.

  • No. These activities are designed to guide your personal reflections and be implemented in daily life. They are not assessments. Once an activity is complete, we will work through your takeaways, breakthroughs and challenges.

  • Absolutely! You are free to email any questions or concerns you may have in between your scheduled sessions.

  • The activities are designed to be integrated into your work day so that is not considered extra time. Most clients spend between 1-2 hours per week working through the material before implementation.

  • The coaching sessions are designed to guide you through the transformation so you are free to use them as you wish. There are 8 sessions over 12 weeks and no restrictions within that time frame.

  • If you’re unable to find a time that works for you, please send us an email. While late afternoon and weekend sessions are not advertised, they can be accommodated on an as-needed basis.
