No service is considered booked or confirmed until agreed upon in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received.
3. No Guarantees or Employment Outcomes
While services are designed to support clarity, confidence, leadership presence, and professional development, no guarantees are made regarding employment, promotions, compensation, job offers, or specific career outcomes.
Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including individual effort, organizational context, and external circumstances.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Pricing for some services is listed as starting rates and may vary based on scope, group size, format, and materials.
Payments for services may be processed through the Website via Squarespace, via Stripe or invoiced separately, depending on the engagement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a limited refund, less a 7% administrative and processing fee.
Refund eligibility will be confirmed at the time of booking or in written agreements.
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
All other services, including workshops and multi-session engagements, are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the applicable agreement or invoice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamica Daley shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of this Website or participation in services.
